ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT TYPES

FUTUREPAY

Futurepay is the platform we use to collect multiple or recurring payments. Once you place an order a new Futurepay schedule will be drawn up showing two or more payments which will fall due during the work associated with your booking. You will have the opportunity to review and approve this schedule.

The number and frequency of the payments will vary per the job and your agreement with us. Typically, we take an advance payment at the time of booking, and a balance payment at the time work begins. However, we also offer products which require regular ongoing monthly or annual payments, such as hosting and maintenance.

REFUND POLICY

We offer a 7 day ‘cooling off’ period after the date of booking, within which you are welcome to cancel your booking and receive a full refund on any monies paid to-date. After that 7 day period, no refunds will be given in case you decide to cancel or postpone the work.

TRANSACTION CURRENCIES

We accept payment in Pounds sterling (GBP) only. Any international transfers must be converted before sending.
